1. Open Instagram on your smartphone and click the Profile Icon.

2. At the top right corner of your profile page, tap the Hamburger menu.

4. On the Accounts Centre page, click the Your Information and Permissions option in the Accounts Settings section.

5. Tap Download your Information and select Download or Transfer Information. With this option, you can download or transfer the report of your Instagram Activity, Personal Information, Connections, Logged Information, etc.

9. Then, below the Notify option, it will display your registered email ID, where you will receive the file. Also, you need to choose the Format and Media Quality. Finally, tap Create Files.

10. Now, you need to wait a few minutes. The file will be sent to the registered email address. You can check the status of the report under the Current Activity section from the Download Your Information page.

12. Now, the file that you have downloaded will be available on your phone’s local storage. In the file that you have received, you will get the list of your followers, follow requests you’ve received, profiles you have blocked, accounts you are following, recent follow requests, recent profiles that you have unfollowed, profiles restricted, pending follow requests, and suggestions removed by you.

1. Launch any browser on your smartphone and visit https://www.listdiff.com/. On the home page of the website, there will be two fields named List A and List B.

3. Then, copy all the account names from the Followers file and paste them on the List B field of the web page.

4. Click on the Compare Lists button and you can see the result at the bottom of the page.

5. At the bottom of the page, you will find a field named A Only. Here, you can find the accounts that do not follow you back on Instagram.
