Yes. The Groic App is completely free to use. However, you need to watch the ads while using the app’s free version. You can subscribe to Groic’s premium version if you don’t want to see ads. The premium plans and their subscription prices are tabulated below.

By subscribing to its premium plan, you can also create a room without watching any ads, gain access to a room that is already full, and your username will begin to glow where you can stand out in the crowd while chatting. You can purchase the premium plans directly on the app by selecting the Groic Pro option within the app.

How to Get Groic App to Listen to Music Together

1. Install the Groic App from the Play Store on your Android phone. If you are an iPhone user, install it from the App Store.

2. Launch the Groic app and tap the Sign Up Free option to create an account.

3. Enter your Email ID and tap Next. Then, create a New Password for Groic and select Next.

4. Mention your Date of Birth and Gender. Then, enter your Name and create a Username for Groic. Tap Create to complete the account creation process.

5. Once the account is created, it will take you to the home page of the app.

6. Click the New Room button at the top. By doing this, the app will generate a code. You can share the code and invite your friend to join the room via social media apps.

7. Once your friend joins your room, click the Search tab, search for your favorite tracks, and play them. Now, the song you selected will play on both your phone and your friend’s phone simultaneously.

8. Then, using the CHAT tab, you can chat with your friends while listening to the songs.

9. The app will also show similar song suggestions when you select the UPNEXT tab.

10. Further, you can also join your friend’s room by selecting the Join with a Code option. Then, you need to enter the code generated on your friend’s phone to enter your friend’s room. Now, you and your friend can stream the same song simultaneously.

How to Create a Public Room on Groic

If you want to listen to songs with two or more friends, you need to create a separate public room.

1. Go to the Explore tab from the home screen and tap the + icon.

2. Next, create a Room Name and add a Room Description.

3. Then, select the Maximum members and choose the Genre. Finally, tap Create to create a room.

4. A Code will be generated, and you can share it with all your friends to join your public room. Now, all your friends can listen to the songs that you play with the Groic app. This public room will be deleted instantly once you leave the room. You can also join the Public rooms created by others from the Explore tab.
