3. Sign in to the keyboard app using your Microsoft or Google account. If you are an iPhone user, you can also sign in to the application using your Apple account.
4. If you want to receive notifications from Microsoft SwiftKey on your smartphone, tap Sure. Or else, tap Not Now.
5. Next, if you want to share data with Microsoft to improve your user experience, tap Yes. If you don’t want to share, tap No.
6. Then, you need to give full access to the app to integrate the keyboard with your phone. So, go to the Keyboards Settings on your phone and give full access to the SwiftKey app.

1. On the app’s home screen, there will be a News Feed section where you can keep yourself updated with the latest news.
2. At the top of the homepage, you can find the SwiftKey Widgets such as Themes, Languages, and Typing Stats.
- Languages: The SwiftKey keyboard app supports over 700 languages across the globe. In this language widget, you can search for your preferred language and tap Download to use it while typing.
- Themes: In this section, you will find multiple keyboard styles in dynamic colors to change the look of your keys.
- Typing Stats: This option offers insights regarding how the app enhances your typing experience, such as productivity, flow distance, flow count, and typos that are corrected.
3. From the home page, you can find the Settings icon at the bottom. In the Settings tab, you will find multiple options. You can customize the option based on your preference.
- Clipboard: The clipboard helps you copy texts, links, etc., to sync them between your PC and phone.
- Autocorrect: Enable the Autocorrect feature, and the keyboard will automatically correct and complete the word.
- Number Row: This option will add a number row to your keyboard.
- Quick Period: In some keyboards, you need to move to the punctuation section to add a full stop or quick period (.). To avoid this, you can enable the Quick Period option and double-tap the space button to insert a quick period (.) automatically.
- Auto Capitalize: By enabling this feature, the keyboard will automatically start with a capital letter whenever you start a new sentence.
